There may be many different reasons why you are interested in beginning therapy. It may be a difficult relationship you wish to improve, or specific problem which stops you from achieving your full potential. Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, insomnia or depression. You may also be interested in getting to know yourself better and finding your identity.

Counselling and psychotherapy may help you to understand why you are experiencing difficulties and what you can do to move forward.

I am an integrative counsellor, who has worked with clients presenting a variety of issues such as depression, bereavement, relationship problems, low self esteem, life crisis, anger management and problems at work.
